The EHR Payment & RCM Integration Initiative is a six-month project designed to strengthen healthcare organizations' revenue cycle management (RCM) capabilities through seamless electronic health record (EHR) payment system integration. The overall goal is to reduce claim denials, accelerate payment processing, and improve financial transparency through system integration, staff training, and process optimization. The project unfolds across a January–June work period, with tasks intentionally sequenced to support three SMART goals.
